Development Compass Rose is a teaching tool for exploring the relationship between development and environment issues. The pack is made up of a book and a set of 16 colour photographs depicting Oxfam’s projects in different countries. This teaching resource supports the exploration of the relationship between development and environment issues; the exploration of the commonality of issues facing people in localities in different parts of the world; and curriculum planning, ensuring that we explore a range of questions about any situation. The selection of practical teaching activities can be adapted to focus on different curriculum needs and to make effective use of issues in your own locality.
